Holding of AGM through Video conference or Other Audio-Visual Means

MCA has issued the most awaited clarification to provide relaxation to the companies to hold their Annual General Meeting through Video Conference, this clarification beneficial to all those members who are neither available in India nor in position to travel for the AGM to meet in person for the quorum requirement.

As per the MCA General Circular No. 10/2022.
Companies whose AGMs are due in the year 2023, can conduct their AGMs on or before 30th September, 2023 in accordance with the requirements mentioned under General Circular No. 20/2020.
