Pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide notification dated 1st December 2025, the definition of a “Small Company” has been revised to provide that a company shall be classified as a Small Company where its paid-up share capital does not exceed Rupees Ten Crores and its turnover does not exceed Rupees One Hundred Crores.
